Application Guide
Substrate: clean, dry basecoat free of dust and degreased
Method: gravity-feed spray gun, 1.3 - 1.4 mm nozzle, 2.0 - 2.5 bar
Coats: 2 full coats
WFT: 100 - 120 µm; DFT: 50 - 60 µm
Conditions: 15 - 35 °C, max. 75% relative humidity
Dust free: 15 min @ 20 °C; touch dry: 1 h @ 20 °C
Hard dry / handling: 8 h @ 20 °C or 15 min @ 60 °C
Recoat interval: min. 10 min between coats, max. 24 h
Full cure: 7 days @ 20 °C, or 15 min + overnight @ 60 °C
Storage: 5 - 30 °C, away from direct sunlight; shelf life 24 months sealed
